MIICT Inclusivity Handbook

The MIICT project Inclusivity Handbook consists of thorough recommendations on how to ensure the inclusivity of Information and Communication technologies (ICTs) within the public sector, so that they provide comprehensive inclusion of those individuals, who have traditionally been discriminated against and marginalized within society.
