Prof. Dimitrov, DSc graduated cum laude from Sofia University, Faculty of Law (LL.M. 1995) and has specialized at the Academy of American and International Law, Dallas, Texas (2002). Holder of the prestigious Victor Folsom Fellowship, he has been awarded a PhD in Law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium.

Mr. Petrov is a draftsman of numerous acts of primary and secondary legislation, inter alia the e-Communications Act, the e-Commerce Act, the amendments to the Cadastre and Property Register Act, a secondary legislation of the Electronic Governance Act, etc.

Prof. Dr. Daniela Ilieva, PhD is a Member of the Management Board and the Executive Director of Law and Internet Foundation. As a management specialist, consultant and internationally recognized trainer, she joined the Foundation in 2015. Her profile includes extensive experience in business process management, business communications, intercultural communication and presentation skills.

Ms Desislava Rancheva has a Master degree in Marketing from the University of National and World Economy Sofia. In 2012 she completed another Master degree in Corporate Finance at the University of Economics Varna.

Denitsa Kozhuharova graduated from Sofia University, Faculty of Law (LLM, 2015). Her professional interests are related with International Law and Human Rights, their protection in terms of the ever evolving digital technologies in particular.

Mina Kyurkchieva completed specialised education at the Institute of Air Transport and Aviation College of Bulgaria (Sofia Flight Training), simultaneously with a bachelor's degree, with a successful merger of years, from VUZF University. She continued with a first master's degree in Human Resource Management and Leadership Behavior. Then, she successfully completed a second master's degree in Applied Business Psychology, with a profile focused on people, processes and effective management.

Atty. Boyana Milcheva graduated from Sofia University, Faculty of Law (LL.M. 2002). Ms. Milcheva specializes in construction law, real estate law, tax law, financial law and corporate law.

Atty. Desislava Krusteva graduated from Sofia University, Faculty of Law (LL.M. 2003). Her practice now focuses on Personal Data Protection, e-Commerce and Internet Law, Telecommunications Law, Contract Law and Corporate and Commercial Law.

Prof. Martin Zahariev is a Trade Mark and Design Attorney at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as a European Trade Mark and Design Attorney. He graduated with honors from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Faculty of Law (LL.M. 2014) and now specializes in intellectual property litigation, domain names disputes, privacy and arbitration. He advises also in the fields of employment law and life sciences regulation.

Nikola Stoychev graduated from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Faculty of Law (LL.M.) and now specializes in Telecommunications Law, Information and Communication Technology Law, Media Law.

Mr. Hristo Nihrizov graduated from Sofia University, Faculty of Law (LL.M. 2005) and has since completed a course on the New Regulatory Framework in the Telecom Sector at the Center for European Programs at the American University in Bulgaria as well as a summer program on US Business Law held at the American Institute for Legal Education on the campus of the University of Michigan, USA.

Viktoriya is a forward-thinking and hard-working legal talent having a deep fascination with technology. She advises leading international companies on a regular basis on data protection issues, advertising requirements, and local compliance. She has significant experience as a lecturer and guest lecturer on topics related to personal data and intellectual property at seminars, training courses and universities.

Defne Halil holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from Maastricht University in the Netherlands, where she has graduated cum laude and with honours. She also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in European Law (LL.B.), complemented by a minor in Business and Law, from the same university, graduating with excellence. Her academic background and research are centered on the interplay between law and technology, with a particular focus on the Digital Services Act, the Digital Markets Act, supporting SMEs, and the regulation of artificial intelligence.

Konstantin is a bright, young legal expert, who has already gained broad expertise in his practices namely Intellectual Property, Life Sciences, Digital & Technology and Dispute Resolution. He is a dual-qualified – having graduated his LLM in Germany and passed the Bar exam in Bulgaria, and quadrilingual, which helps him in supporting leading international companies on Pharmaceutical and IP matters, as well as local compliance issues, and deal with multinational and multilingual cases.

Polina Petrova holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in “European and International Business Law” (with a strong emphasis on Intellectual Property and New Technologies) from the University of Vienna (Vienna, Austria) (together with Stanford Law School), where she has graduated as an Academic Excellence Scholarship Recipient. Polina Petrova has gained a few years of professional experience at two intellectual property law firms, including in Singapore. She worked as a Legal Analyst at the European Commission, in Brussels, Belgium.

Atanas Kirov graduated from Sofia University, Faculty of Law (LLM 2019). His professional interests are related with the protection of personal data, criminal law, Human rights and EU law.

Sofiya Spasova holds a Master’s degree in European Law (LL.M.) with a specialisation in European Public Law and Governance from Maastricht University (Maastricht, The Netherlands), and a focus on Human Rights Law (European and International), as well as International Humanitarian Law. Prior to her specialisation in the field of law, Sofiya obtained a Bachelor in European Studies (BA) from Maastricht University.

Alexander Zarkov graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science at the University of Mining and Geology St. Ivan Rilski (2012). In 2014, he completed a master’s degree in Computer and Network Security at Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski”.
