Legal Framework of Electronic Governance in Bulgaria

The project includes:

• drawing up a normative analysis on the types of legal frameworks in different European Member States and USA in the field of electronic governance;
• drawing up a normative analysis on the existing approaches and trends in regulating electronic governance;
• elaborating a legal analysis of the current Bulgarian legislative framework in relation to electronic governance;
• development of justified strategic documents for preparing approach in drafting of legal framework on electronic governance in Bulgaria.
