Legal Consultations on Secondary Legislation Pursuant to the e-Communications Act

The project includes legislative analysis and development of normative documents, including a draft Ordinance on procedures for the publishing of telephone directories including usability, transferring and using databases, and provision of telephone directory services; a draft Ordinance on the terms and the application of specific identification marking of radio equipment; draft Ordinance on the content, procedures for development and maintenance of specialized maps and registers for the established electronic communication networks, communications and the relevant infrastructure; draft Ordinance on the categories of data and the order in which the data is stored and made available by enterprises providing public electronic communication networks and/or services for national security and crime revealing.
