Under the framework of the project “Elaboration of an initial, thorough analysis on the viability of a project related to the implementation of Integrated security system on the territory of the Burgas municipality”, Law and Internet Foundation’s experts carry out the following tasks:
- Research and Analysis on the principle compliance and viability of the project in the context of the international and European legal framework and the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria, particularly in view with personal data protection domain;
- Research and Analysis on the viability of the project in the context of national legislation;
- Consultation on the correlation of the competences of the key participants in the project.
