Training of judges from the Bourgas magisterial precinct

On October 15 – 16, 2009, Dr. George Dimitrov, Chairperson of Law and Internet Foundation, was a lecturer on the topic Computer crimes, during the seminar “Training of judges from the Bourgas magisterial precinct.”

Dr. Dimitrov addressed the substantive legislation on computer crimes, as well as the technical aspects and the fundamental concepts related to computer crimes, electronic signatures and electronic documents.
