The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) triggered broad and heated discussion and raised the question about the limits of the freedom in Internet

Dr. Dimitrov expressed his expert opinion that the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) shows that the countries have realized that there should be a unified approach in this particular аrea but the question is whether the proposed approached is adequate enough.
