Second CARISMAND Citizen Summit, Malta

A second CARISMAND Citizen Summit took place on 16 July 2016, a week after the first CARISMAND Citizen Summit in Bucharest, Romania. On 16 July 2016, Malta hosted the second of a series of Citizen Summits and gathered 108 participants who engaged with presentations and discussions on subjects related to the CARISMAND project.
