Consultative Forum of the Regional Courts

On 02 – 03 October 2009, Dr. George Dimitrov, Chairman of the Chairman of Law and Internet Foundation, took part as a guest lecturer in the forth meeting under the project “Consultative Forum of the Regional Courts” (realized with the financial support of Operational Programme "Administrative Capacity").

Dr. Dimitrov addressed the legal aspects of the collection, processing and making public of personal data for the purposes of the judiciary organs, as well as he presented an analysis on the legal issues stemming out of the Statement of the Commission of Personal Data Protection to the Judiciary regarding the implementation of Art. 64, Para.1 of the Judiciary Act (07.05.2009). The analysis is elaborated by Law and Internet Foundation experts for the specific objectives of the project.
