Bulgarian - Russian Forum for Information Cooperation and Cybersecurity

Between September 15 – 17, 2009 Dr. George Dimitrov, Chairman of Law and Internet Foundation, was a lecturer in the Bulgarian-Russian Forum for Information Cooperation and Cybersecurity in the town of Nessebar. Dr. Dimitrov presented in detail the principles of the e-Government Act as well as the requirements for information security to administrative bodies. The event was organized by the Russian Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications, the Parliamentary Committee on Security, the Bulgarian Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications and was co-chaired by their respective deputy ministers and deputy chairman of the Committee.
